Dear Paul My Husband and I would like to thank you for making our new kitchen table and island top. Both are beautiful and fit exactly as we needed them with our remodel. Sometimes, buying over the internet is a "leap of faith". You never know if the web designer does a better job of presentation that the actual item you are purchasing. This is not the case with your product. We chose your company after looking many times at your web site and speaking with you and some of your staff on the phone. You were always prompt with information and suggestions. We felt comfortable with the decision to have you design and fabricate the pieces. I then called upon you to locate someone to fabricate the base, when I was unable to do that comfortably locally in Florida. You did it without hesitation and it too is exactly what we desired. We are excited about being able to entertain in our new kitchen. We have already recieved wonderful comments from our friends about the table and the island top. They usually are rubbing their hands over the top of the island and asking were to get one. Hi Paul, It’s a month or so late but I just wanted to tell you we LOVE our walnut countertop!!! It is so easy to keep clean and looks gorgeous. You and Denise could not have been nicer or made it simpler. We also love the lipped chopping block! Everything is awesome! Would it be possible for you to send the small sample though? Paul & Denise, My Butcherblock countertop is finally in! It is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Your company does superb work. I really appreciate all of your patience with me as we worked to narrow in on my custom countertop order. I have one last request, if you please? Would you please send me another one of your tri-fold "How to care for and install your new Butcher Block" pamphlets? Dear Denise and wonderful woodcraft Artists, I am so thrilled with my countertop! Please forgive me for not contacting you sooner. Things happened and caused me to forget to write you. When the fellow delivered the top and we took the wrapping off I nearly had a heart attack it was so beautiful! Then we were able to get it on the island and it just looks fabulous. It just makes the kitchen. I am a happy girl! (Actually, I am a happy old bag of 57!) Thank you for a wonderful product that is useful and beautiful. Hi Denise, Paul, The top is..................GORGEOUS! We are so happy with it, Wenge (I am now pronouncing in correctly) was the perfect choice. It was installed this weekend, the kitchen is about 90% complete, the floor goes down tomorrow. I'll get a photo to you when all is said and done! We have finally (almost) completed our kitchen, I think we began in January! The Wenge island top is really beautiful, it has been surprisingly impervious to water rings, etc. and is the first thing people comment on when they see the new kitchen for the first time. We are planning on replacing the white countertop to the left in "phase 2"! I think I'd like to do the same, I'll send dimensions when we're ready, need to re-couperate for awhile! I have given your name to a few local kitchen and counter top companies, hopefully you will get some business from them. It was a pleasure working with you, we'll do it again soon! Diane Nemeroff

Hi Paul & Denise - Our Top is here! I think you guys are too close to your own work. The other day I asked Paul how it looked, and he sort of Ho Hummed said it looked good--the inflection was more so like it's OK. The truth of the matter is that your work is fantastic!! I know that you see these things everyday, but to the end user this really is something special. We purchased all top of the line items for this renovation, and your top is the centerpiece of a kitchen that should live on for many generations to come. I am so happy that Marie came across your website. I have your on-line PDF information, but do you guys have any printed literature?? If so please send me two copies. Dear Paul: We installed our new natural butcher block counter on our cooktop island and it is just beautiful. Your craftsmanship and expertise is superb and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Although skeptical at first to buy something like this from a website, your constant communications via email and telephone by Denise and yourself kept us informed of the progress and gave us a secure feeling that it would be exactly what we had expected. The delivery was on time and your courier was a pleasure to have into our home. When my contractor dropped the Viking cooktop and the downdraft assembly into the counter top, we were all pleasantly surprised that the fit was perfect and no adjustments were necessary. Dear Mr. Grothouse, Although I thank you for the pictures, they were inadequate to convey the beauty and craftsmanship of your creation. We are duly impressed. We most also mention that the icing on the cake was when the delivery arrived midway in the promised range, and was carried into our home and placed in the proper location with great care and respect to our home and the new countertop. Paul...so sorry it's taken so long to get photos to you, but we just finished moving into the new addition a week or so ago. Of course, we're still shopping for a toilet and a few other incidentals:) These two shots are for your "scrapbook". The juice drain was a great idea. We've already catered a wedding reception for 100 people and I don't know how we managed before. Having this cutting board counter to work on is beyond "happy". Another satisfied customer....
